At ROYAL LUNA, we operate with a print-on-demand model, where each product is made exclusively for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse. However, if your product has manufacturing defects, arrives damaged, or has a printing error, we will be happy to offer a refund or a free replacement.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement?
If your order arrived with a defect or manufacturing error, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to lunaroyall0@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include:
-Your order number
-Photos of the defective product
-A brief description of the issue
3. We will review your request, and if approved, the refund or replacement will be processed within [14] business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Incorrect orders (e.g., wrong size or color chosen by the customer) are non-refundable, as all products are made to order. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
